- [Byung-Hwan Um] Forest biomass is a promising resource for future biofuels and bioproducts. Pre-pulping extractionof hemicellulose by alkaline (Green Liquor) pretreatment produces a neutral-pH extract containinghemicellulose-derived oligomers.
